Finland Chamber of Commerce
The Finland Chamber of Commerce coordinates the issuance of ATA Carnets in Finland and serves as Finland’s National Guaranteeing Association (NGA). The Finland Chamber of Commerce also leads Finland’s transition to the eATA system (the digital ATA Carnet).
